I've seen really good results with OMAD. I do tend to modify it and drink a few cups of tea or coffee with milk and sugar throughout the day though. Bought a pair of 28 inch waist jeans. When they arrived I realised that my 'waist' is a lot higher than these jeans are cut for. They sit a bit under my bellybutton, definitely not on the narrowest part of my torso, BUT they are only a tiny bit tight! Not bad!

After I hit my mini goal of 125 and a 28 inch waist I got a new job and pretty much maintained since then. Next mini goal is 120 and a 27 inch waist!

I'm on my last 10 lbs or thereabouts. Aiming to lose a pound a week for the next ten weeks. At this point I just want to get the final sprint done!

A quid for a bag of apples/oranges/bananas is not expensive. Berries are a little more expensive, yeah, but they are only about as expensive as a box of muffins or big bag of crisps.

Yep, weighing everything is vital! I've got about 6 lbs left to go. Things haven't slowed down that much but for me the struggle is mental - the temptation is to just go 'oh well, the last few pounds don't matter that much'. Just keep plugging away and you'll get there.

Go into 'Goals', and set it to 'maintain my weight'. 31 lbs in 14 months (well, maintaining over December), from 160 to 129. I'm 5'3" too :) slow and steady can be a bit exasperating sometimes but it all adds up! I've got 9 lbs left to go and it'll probably take me another 4 months.
