    Successes / struggles this week: started 18/6 IF April 1st and its working about 1/3-1/2lb a day and I'm not even hungry! Plus I am free to be so much more productive in the morning. I go noon to 6 eating window. I am expecting it to taper down next week but hope it keeps going the week after! 170 here I come! Maybe 165!

    Successes / struggles this week: Not tight on anything, wrapping up my final semester of grad school and have really just not been prioritizing diet the past few weeks. Almost there, though. Not super worried about the 4/7 weigh-in though, the next day I was back down to under my starting weight.

    Struggle: husband bought a huge delicious cheesecake!! Have some respect! Geez.
    Success: I'm real proud. It's great to see results. I'm really pumped to hit the 150s, we have a medical scale and so it'll change the way I weigh myself when I'm 149 and I cannot wait. I ate out or at friends houses and did really well. Bring on the fresh fruit and veg plates! You da real MVP.

    Successes / struggles this week: Struggle: weight hasn't moved much and I haven't been eating carefully. I might not reach my goal this month. Success: still exercising regularly and lost 1/2 inch from my waist measurement.

    A really stressful week at work and a cold has meant my week has not been as good as it could have been but still a loss and in the past a week like this would probably have meant a gain so I'm really pleased.

    Struggle: buffets. Learning to not eat everything just because it's there.
    Success: I didn't make it a cheat week. Easter lunch was delicious and I did eat 3 rolls, but we played croquet and I kept waking laps. I feel good about me. I would have liked to lose 2lbs, but 1 is good and 162 feels so little to me, it's been a long time since I was this small.

    Two weeks to lose the lbs! I'm determined.

    Really hoping to hit the 150s this month, but I'm kinda doubting I can have a 2lb week. I'll try to push it this week, add in more exercise. Bodyweight exercises have been on the to do list for quite some time.
