Started around a BMI of 39. Currently a BMI of 31. Might end up around a BMI of 25 if everything goes well. BMI isn't the perfect mesurement for me as I tend to be on the muscular side. I prefer bodyfat %

BMI has never been accurate for me. I'm naturally very muscular; however, I'm a fatty fatty no friends, so it's correct in saying I'm fatty fatty no friends, it's just not quite accurate as to how much of a fatty fatty no friends I really am. For example, my sister in law weighs 90lbs less than I do and she's only 2 sizes smaller than I am. My mom is a size larger than I am and she weighs 30lbs less than I do.

    Started @ 47.9
    Currently @ 43.6

I'll happily take those 4 points lol.

From 32 to 25.1 ... probably end up somewhere around 24. Terrible overall measurement of health/fitness but I keep it in balance with all the other measurements!

    Started at 39.
Currently 27 according to the calculator.
Getting a DEXA scan next week to confirm where I am at.
27 pounds more to go if the calculator is correct.

    Goal 22.5

Started at 48.9 not finished yet but currently at 27.2. Not sure where I will end up at as I need to be below 145lbs in order to not be considered over weight. However, I'm not sure I want to be or want to maintain 145lbs. I'm around 168 and wearing a size 10 or 12. I'm ok with stopping at size 8 and I think I will be there without losing 20 more lbs.

Highest BMI was 44.9. My lowest (reached just a few weeks ago, actually) was 19.8.

Today's BMI is 20.5. I am still dropping massive amounts of water weight from a two week vacation (came back 21.3). I'm assuming I will settle at 20.1. I think I may have put on 1-2lbs of real weight, but not sure until I stop pissing like a racehorse.

IMO there are much better ways to try and track your health/wellness.

Started 30.7, hovering between 25-26 (overweight) for the last 8 months. Will probably try to lose another 10-15 pounds next winter which will bring me to my goal and BMI of about 23.

I mostly agree with McCloud33, though to me, BMI is a tool, and a good tool to set your initial goal from obese to normal weight. However, as you get closer to goal, it may lose its significance, especially if you weightlift and have a significant amount of muscle mass. At that point, pictures and fat % become better tools, and the best metric is fitness goals :)

    344 - Starting weight: 43 "morbidly obese"
    277 - Now weight: 34 "obese"
    250 - Goal weight: 31 "obese"
    240 - New goal weight: 29.99 "normal" (by 0.01)

Ha - until just now I didn't know I have to lower my goal weight 10 lbs just to get into normal! Yikes, that's lighter than I've been since middle school.
