Please look into " 1 lb = 2 cups" I do not think this is correct. Obviously 2 cups of mushrooms is not going to weigh a pound. 1 pound is 16oz by weight......

I have learner that I am stronger than I imagined. I quit smoking nearly 5 months ago. I did not start exercising for a while after. Since coming here to mfp eating better and exercising makes not smoking a firmer commitment. It just does not fit with my life now.

I love PB2 mixed in with a scoop of protein powder in a cup of milk stir it up well and add it to a container of blueberry yogurt. Peanut butter blueberry.......mmmm so good.

Some people may say ewww, that's ok :) Anyway I have dehydrated mushrooms and zuccini and added a dash of garlic salt to them. I've gotten pre -teens to eat them so they can't be all bad. :laugh: :tongue:
