I have a simple gold band that is very loose on my finger....I almost lost it in the pool yesterday... I will get it re-sized when I get to my goal weight!

Fitting into clothes I haven't worn in over 3 years! I can see my waist again! I love it! Still have a lot to work on but it's the small things that keep me going!!!!!

Welcome! I too have Lupus (diagnosed early this year), I made a pact with myself in June to get this extra weight off so my symptoms can lessen. It isn't easy, I feel so tired most of the time. I am entering my foods and exercises. I don't always eat my exercise calories back! I think the exercise cals are over what I really burn! I know that I didn't see any results for almost 2 weeks... I still haven't seen much in inches yet. I have dropped 12 pounds so far and I kinda took 2 weeks and wasn't logging much…

I am lucky and do not have to pay for the fitness center or pool at work. I work for a college and use of the equipment and pool is free. If I want to get personal training or do classes I would have to pay though...I do weights and strength training there and come home and either Dance (50 min between the Wii and X-box)…
