I was running, but I recently had a minor surgery, so all I can do is walk (not jog, and with no incline) or some sort of cardio that doesn't have me doing pushups or lifting weights - basically, I can't "strain" for another 2 weeks. Hi! I'm confused on my BMR as well. Fat2Fit is tell me I should eat 1885 calories. i'm willing to try, but my question (because I'm new to this and kind of confused!) is: Is that number NET or GROSS calories? I'm 5'2, 175lbs (I hate you, baby weight!) and I walk/jog 3-4 days a week, sometimes 5, but not usually. Thoughts??…

For every 5% down, I'm giving myself a small motivational treat (I mean, 9lbs is a chunk that deserves to be celebrated!!) like a polish change or a new book. When I hit my end goal, I'm giving myself an entire spa day and a new 'do!

My cousin lost 10 lbs quickly, and now she has stalled. You only eat 500 cals a day, and even though I thought about it (hooray for instant gratification lol), I decided to do it to get fit, rather than for a number on the scale. Keep doing what you're doing!!
