Question for you
To all of you losing weight at these higher calories, are you all lifting or working out hard core? I would like to lift, but right now it's just cardio...will I still be able to be successful at higher calls?

Confused, so to those that eat at or above their BMR...
I'm pretty new to this, and I'm intrigued by all of the "Eat More to Lose" posts, but my question is: are the calories you are eating NET or GROSS? Obviously if I net 1400, but I'm also working out, I'd be eating a lot more, so I just want to make sure I'm doing it all correct! Thanks in advance for any help!

Don't get me wrong, I love my treadmill...
....but 300 calories for 90 minutes worth of work? Ugh, it kills me!! I love burning 300, just wish it didn't have to take as long!!
