To all of you losing weight at these higher calories, are you all lifting or working out hard core? I would like to lift, but right now it's just cardio...will I still be able to be successful at higher calls?

    Anyone is successful at eating TDEE - 15% if they choose the correct acitivity level because you are running in a deficit. We emphasize strength training because you tend to gain muscle, lose more body fat and get that nice toned look that you don't get doing just cardio.
