i always have a little something usually when my children are in bed and that is my daily treat usually with a cup of tea, but i try not to eat for a couple of hours before i go to bed to allow it to digest before i lie down x

i quite like warburtons sandwich thins, but i'd rather have half a sandwich using one slice of a good quality wholegrain/seeded bread at 120 kcals a slice, than a whole sandwich using 2 slices of slimmer branded bread at 60 kcals a slice!
