I love my fitBit! It syncs perfectly with MFP for normal daily activities. I run and hues my PolarF7 to log the runs and I assume you could do the same with yoga. I use FitBit and a Polar F7. FitBit to track my daily activity and the F7 for workouts. I can add (F7) workout information to MFP through the FitBit integration with MFP. It works very well.

For me, I oddly found that the scale reads less just after lunch. I have no reasoning behind that but thats the weight I use now.

Keep it going! I started running this March when my wife convinced me to run a 7K with her. I ran just over 15min miles and walked a lot of it.
