My diary is open. Feel free to FR me. I've lost about 56 or so pounds and try to stay around 1500-1600/day

Added on both :)

I eat anywhere between 1500-2000 calories/day but eat using a raw vegan(ish) breakfast and lunch then a more relaxed dinner. I bike quite a bit and have lost about 55 pounds. The point of this for me is fitness and not weight loss. I actually just bought a scale that reads out weight, body fat %, muscle mass, water %, and…

I lost about 45 pounds with calories in/calories out. About a month ago I switched to a raw(ish) vegetarian(ish) diet mostly doing a BIG smoothie for breakfast and lunch then eat healthy (organic, etc) meats or the like for dinner. Since I've started with this I've been eating 1800 to 2000 calories/day (my goal has always…

I used to be a night owl but since I've switched to fruit/veggie smoothies in the morning (and lunch) I've become a morning person. I would suggest trying a raw diet and getting at least 4 hours of REM sleep. For me, those 2 changes morphed me into a morning person :)

Love it ! For me my new goal is to feel good. I track my mood and stress levels. Now I only use weight as a guide post, not a destination.

Like others have said... daily for me via withings WiFi scale. Not only do I expect fluctuations, I can fairly accurately predict them based on food quality, exercise and sleep. For me a fun observation was that calorie count is not a fluctuation driver for me. Eating processed food is!

For me it was mental. I started by watching a couple documentaries on Netflix. Fed Up was a good start. That got me "angry" and sugar and processed foods. Then I bought a Vitamix and it all happened very naturally and unforced.

As others have said. AA is a wonderful fellowship. You have taken the first step. I like many am cross addicted and those addictions have changed the trajectory of my life. I'm now a single father but I'm a better more present father. My sobriety has brought me clarity and I applaud you. We are here to serve so FR me if…

Love them ! My I've waited a month for my appointment. And next week Thursday is the first of my 3 sittings :) My son is my motivation and the reason I'm alive.

I've been drinking WAY less coffee than I used to since I started on my raw(ish) diet. So for me it's 2 cups of Dogwood Colombia Nodier Andrade (small roaster out of Minneapolis) in the morning black and strong :)

Hummus. Recently a began making it from dry chickpeas. It's delicious and I look forward to eating it as opposed to using it as a craving pacifier.

I used to be a huge diet soda drinker and ended up watching one too many Netflix documentaries about food so recently took aspartame out of my diet. For me, I ended up buying a Vitamix and doing a juice for breakfast and lunch. Mostly fruit and greens and I do add in a tablespoon of local unpasteurized honey. I found that…

Healthy is attractive to me. Body type (slip, curvy, tall, short) isn't relevant as long as she's healthy. I realize that doesnt answer the question, but its an honest answer.

You may consider trying CoDA. Google it and if it speaks to you, find a meeting. Good luck on your journey

Feel free to add me! I could use the accountability also!

For me the beginning of resisting food temptation is changing the way I view food. I try to no longer view food as entertainment. I try to look at food as fuel for my life. I realize that donuts are entertaining (to further complicate the issue the BEST donut place in Minneapolis is 2 blocks from my house), but I feel like…

From the viewpoint of someone going through a divorce, a long-term loving relationship is equally commitment and feeling.

I currently weigh 153lbs (down 47 :)) If I get to 140, I'm going to get my back tattooed!
