I'm stuck in a yoyo cycle too. Just got a personal trainer, and I'm in a weight loss challenge at work. But I still need some support on MFP. I like to get ideas for food from others as well. Feel free to add me. We can motivate one another!

Started on January 2nd and just finished the last workout of week 1. This is my first time doing Insanity and holy crap!!! I've been eating much better and am seeing some results! Can't wait until day 60!

Did the fitness test yesterday. Doing the Cardio Circuit today when I get home. KarateChicky - what results are you seeing? Did you follow their nutrition guide or do you stick to what MFP recommends for calories?

Hi there! I am going to aim for 5280 by April 30th. This could be difficult since I have a vacation schedule this month and my birthday is this week. I'll just work extra hard when I do get to the gym!
