Of course, I'm not suggesting you don't exercise, but for me, it's all about food, if I exercise I lose nothing, if it's just food then I lose. Go figure.

I literally tell people to shut up now, I am also sick of people commenting about weight and saying I have lost too much / should stop dieting etc (my BMI is 23, for a female, I am just in the healthy range) so I will stop when I am happy, not when other people tell me too.

Everyone knows I'm on a diet in the first place so this helps... So then they don't try to shove food in your face!

I've lost a similar amount to you and also want to lose the same again, people say the same to me! I don't tell anyone any more. I'm 5ft 4 so not tall either and want to be around 8 stone xxx

A lady who I used to babysit for then, died in the towers, she was British, all countries were victims that day. Life goes on, but it's nice to pay tribute to those who lost their lives as well.

It depends what you find attractive, you obviously need to be physically attracted to someone as well as their personality, I like fit men with a bit of muscle so personally I wouldn't because I wouldn't find it attractive.

I am in the process of doing this, I am on week 3, and I have gained but I hope it comes off again! Need to keep strong, I was eating 600 cals a day for a good few months so I know I need to hang in there x

i've started doing yoga for stress (a class) and always feel great afterwards. also a nice long soak in the bath :)
