What is nutritional yeast and how does adding it to popcorn help? I could google it but I'd rather ask somebody who uses it.

Ok, ok. So does that mean 25% is too low? Body fat percentage is so foreign to me. If I'm understanding, for my current "goal weight" of 119 I should aim for 28% body fat? (86.13/1)-.28 = 85.85 and 85.85/.72 = 119.23 I think 28% is still in the "acceptable" range. If I'm not following your math, I'm sorry. Like I said,…

I drink organic fat free milk. 80 cal/cup. For some reason, I can't explain it, orgnaic fat free doesn't taste watery like non-organic. I have been able to successfully convert 3 other people to organic fat free. It's delicious! Milk is very good for you. It is an important part of any diet. (Unless you are vegan, lactose…

Well, I've said before - Texas is waaaay better than Mississippi! But you already knew that.

I'm 5'1 but I don't know what my bone structure is

Yea, I know my booty and thighs is always be relatively larger than the rest of me. I just don't honestly know what *is* a good size. I don't want to be "ripped" (which I don't think is possible with my genes) but I don't want to be jiggly either. I mean, a lil jiggle in the right places is ok, but you know what I mean.…

I noticed that and was wondering where all the potassium is... I'm not a fan of the skin though. Unless it is a red potato. My family had to get used to the fact that when I make mashed potatoes, I use reds and I do NOT peel the skin.

I just got her Shred it with Weights this week and I am also so, so sore! It's crazy. It's a fun workout, I can't do everything, but it's fun.

I'm literally eating one now. I find them at Kroger, frozen and if they have an "organic" section that's where they put them. And I paid $5.15 a box. But they are a rare treat as my nearest Kroger is an hour away.

I love diet sodas. Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Diet A&W rootbeer, Diet Dr Pepper... all of it. However, I only drink *maybe* 2 cans a week. I was having one a day (with my supper) but I'm trying to drink more water. I still have a cup of coffee, black, and/or a cup of tea. I haven't noticed a weight loss difference but I know I…

Love it!

More energy!

I think it really comes down to: Which one are you most likely to use? I think more calories are burned with an elliptical but I'm more likely to use a treadmill.

I just bought that dvd and a 5lb kettle bell today. It's awesome! I loved it! I couldn't do 15 min of the dvd because I tried Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown first and both dvds together kicked my a**. BTW, I burned waaay more calories with "Shred It with Weights" than I did with "Yoga Meltdown".

Mine have pretty much stayed the same even though I've lost almost 40 lbs. My band size changed a little from 38DD to 36DD. I don't wear the right size though because it's hard to find that size. A lot of stores seem to think you can't be a D or DD unless your band size is 40+! Not true! Not true, stores. Also, yes, I do…

I would slice up 2-3 strawberries, throw in two little squares of Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate and 3 tablespoons of nonfat plain yogurt. Tasted like chocolate dipped strawberries.

Are you sure all you had was beer?

Saving this for later. :)

Going to try this tomorrow. But with fat free/light versions of sour cream, milk and cheese. Cal 214 Fat 9 per serving. ETA Mine is also sans mushrooms. I don't think that makes a big calorie difference though.

I like this idea. It's anonymous. Gets the job done. I'm totally against 24 hr gyms (for myself, not other people) because of security issues. I'm the kind of person who would have to go after 6 pm and I would have to have a male gym buddy to feel comfortable. Which I don't have. (A male gym buddy). I'm rambling. Point is,…

Totally agree. It is against the rules but it seems kinda hard to regulate because I constantly see the beach body self promotion. I had never heard of Beach Body before MFP.

Oh I LOVE Kashi's vegetarian lasagna. Yum.

Best thing is to just read the labels and decide what, for you, is too much sodium. A lot of days I was able to keep my sodium under for my day. If you are able to make fresh meals, great. Do that first. But if you can't, there's nothing wrong with them. Just read your labels.

I know a lot of people look down on frozen meals but they literally saved my diet. I commuted 1 hour (one way) to work. Our "kitchen" only had microwaves. It just wasn't possible for me to have a "from scratch" lunch everyday. I absolutely love Lean Cusine meals. My favorite was the Classic Macoroni and Beef. They have…

Pretty sure mine's open to everybody. It might be friends only but I'm always open to new friends. It never hurts to have that extra support.

With your height, 100lbs would put you underweight on the BMI index. That would put your BMI at 17.2 with anything under 18.5 as underweight. Honestly, 120lbs sounds like a healthier weight for you (BMI 20.6) but it all has to do with your over all health and fitness. I just wouldn't go that low without a dr telling me to…

I'm very sore in my back from raking pine straw yesterday. That is no where near the activity as P90x! So, *I'm* being a baby. Don't feel bad for feeling sore after a workout. :)

Looks good! bump
