Where do you measure?
The hips always confuse me and I think I do it wrong. I measure just below my hip bones. Everywhere I read says "the fullest part of your hips". Does that mean your booty? Cause that would be fuller than where I currently measure. But your booty isn't your hips. It's quite frustrating.
