Oh yeah, chips are another trigger food. I keep snack packs of Pringles because once that pack is gone it's gone. I can't eat a whole tube. After some time you won't feel like you're starving anymore. Your body and stomach will adjust. I know it's tough at first but keep at it! I don't even crave the food I used to crave. Just think of your first few weeks as a junk food detox.:wink:

Oh I love high heels. The higher, the better. Back in the day I hated heels. I couldn't wear them and couldn't walk in them. Now I hate going to work without them. Yeeeaah, that list has to be incorrect. I'm from Mississippi and I promise you this is a very obese state. We have high obesity, high unemployment rates and high teen pregnancies.
