I hate the arm and shoulder workout :) Legs and Back is my fav :) I couldn't do Ab Ripper X very well the first time but I am doing alot better at it. I did 30 mins my first round on YogaX, I hope to make it at least 45 next time. It hurts my back a bit :(

Just checking in :) Today I did Legs, back and ab killer. I am getting better at ab killer and did at least 20 reps for each move :) Yay!

I am Rachel, 34, 8 kids...my favorite food right now is yogurt, banana and a couple of tablespoon of grape nuts. I love Zumba of course :) My reward when I reach my weight goal to get certified to teach :)

I am doing the lean version of P90X, I wanted to ease myself into it :) I have found that I end up adding in exercise but I feel it is a bit more flexible and is more what I need right now. I am on week 2 and have already lost 3 inches.

I have both a HRM and a body media arm band. I prefer my body media over the HRM. I feel like it gives me a lot of info that the HRM didn't because I wear it all day and night. It even tells me how well I am sleeping. It really has helped me tightened up my diet and motivates me to work harder.

Good job! I bet you will see results! I took my measurements on Friday and I have lost an inch around my waist :) I can wait to see what happens this week.

Today I did Arms and Shoulders in the morning and HiiT tonight :) I just realized I forgot Ab Killer so I will do that tomorrow. In the lean version tomorrow is yoga but I am going to save it for the weekend. I am thinking about subbing Plyometrics instead.

Today was supposed to be CardioX but I ended up at the gym and did zumba instead and a core conditioning class. According to my armband I burned about 700 calories so I don't feel so bad switching it up. I am up .8lbs but have lost 3 inches :) Tomorrow I do arms :)

I did 30 mins of Yogax today. My lower back is a bit ouchy and I found some of the moves painful so I am going to work my way up. I am doing the lean version and finding it a bit too easy....I may switch after next week.

I weigh 170lbs and work as hard as possible in Zumba (I do all the intense versions of the moves)...according to my body media armband I burn 650 calories. Hope that is helpful....

I wasn't a big fan of yoga for awhile but I am have learned to enjoy it :) I haven't done the P90X version yet, I am saving it until Sunday. Tomorrow I have dodge ball at the gym so I think I will do stretch x and run on the treadmill for bit. Tomorrow is supposed to be Kenpo but I did Kenpo instead of the Yoga.

I just finished legs and back (I am doing the Lean version). I really liked that we don't do the same exercise over and over :) I am saving the abs for tonight.

My triceps are killing me today :) In the lean routine today was supposed to be Yoga X but I did Kenpo instead. Tomorrow I have Zumba at the gym...I am debating on doing leg/back tomorrow night or saving it for Saturday morning and saving Yoga for my rest day.

I am with you. I am not focusing on the weight I want to lose but the small changes I want to make. Sugar is a huge trigger for me so I have limited sugar (it's only allowed 1 day a week) I find that when I am make choices my focus I do better.
