I have been sick all week so I haven't gotten my workouts in like I wanted to :( I will start again Monday :)

I strength train (heavy) three days a week and do cardio the other three. My weight loss has been slow but I look much better. In fact there is a big difference in my physical size. I have lost 8 inches total!

I am down 6lbs now :) So far so good! I will have to take progress pics soon.

Day 2 of Week 5 here :) Still struggling with the push ups but I will get there! I can almost do every rep on Ab Killer but still haven't made it all the way through the Yoga yet mostly because it bores me soooo much. I am headed to the gym soon to do an hour of yoga there. So far I have lost 5 lbs and 4 inches.

I wear a bodymedia band and I burn 600 calories in class and just a touch under that on the Xbox Kinect Wii :)

It isn't obvious under a long sleeve shirt but it does leave a bump. Most short sleeve shirts have long enough sleeves that it can still be covered.

I haven't lost too much either but I look better :) Even my dance teacher commented last night that I looked leaner. I am looking forward to picking the weights back up next week! I feel like a slacker!

Week four here :) I really wished I like YogaX more. I don't. not.even.a.little. I love Yoga but sadly Tony bores me to death in this one. At least I enjoy the others. I have lost 4 lbs and a total of 5 inches :)

Wow....thanks so much for sharing. I have been so tempted to lower my calories because my weightloss is only .5 lbs a week or so...thanks for the warning.

I lost my dvds yesterday errrrr! I found them (after I finished my Cathe Friedrich HiiT workout) under the shelf :) So tomorrow I am back on schedule! I may do Kenpo after I take the boys to Karate tonight but my body took a beating from Irish Dance Class yesterday (my shins are particularly angry) so I am going to see how…

It actually isn't true that all dairy contains antibiotics. In fact milk is tested to be sure it is completely antibiotic free. It is true that milk has hormones in it, but so do eggs :) Naturally occuring hormones that is :)

Well said :) Many times people with that experience intolerance (and even allergies at times) do very well with raw milk. Education and knowledge is key. (In the interest of full disclosure I have two sons with milk allergies that are able to drink raw milk from our cows.)

Sooo....I have been doing the lean version but tomorrow I am switching to the classic version :) I chose lean because I wanted to ease into it but I really think I can handle the full program. I am excited to get started (again)

No workout for me today (I was at a the Great Lakes Regional Dairy Conference) so I am doing my workout tomorrow instead of using Sunday as my rest day. My eating was totally off this weekend but tomorrow is a new day. Kenpo here I come!
