Wow! It took me quite awhile but I managed to read all 21 pages. You my friend are truly inspirational! Make it tonight and stick it in the freezer (just leave a space at the top for expansion) I work outside for a living and it's hard for me to keep a lunchbox cold all day. I found if I freeze it the night before and take it out in the morning it not only keeps my lunch cold but thaws enough for me to drink it around lunch…

When I worked nights I still continued to log the same way. Just take a moment to log in and log right back out if your worried about keeping how many days you've logged in. Then go back in later to enter the food/exercise.

WOW! As many others have stated you are truly an inspiration to all of us. It's refreshing to hear you say you did it your way and seems to have worked best for you. So many times you hear that you're to do it this way or that way...but every life and every persons body is different. Kudo's to you for being successful!

If you have something to keep it in, so papers and books don't get wet from condensation off bottle as it thaws, I make a smoothie shake: yogurt, fresh fruit, protein powder and freeze it overnight. I always liked the infommercials that promise a guaranted weight loss in "X" amount of days, and in small print put....."in addition to drinking a glass of water before each meal, exercise plan and dietary restrictions".........DUH, doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why the person would lose weight.
