Ajay, what type of work do you do if I may ask? I do traffic control for companies, paving roads or road construction. I'm a flagger. I'm the person everybody hates to run into when they are running late. I use a stop/slow paddle when I'm on the end of a one-lane road pattern or use a red flag if controling traffic coming…

I agree! I would like that recipe also...especially since I saw you commented that it's portable. I eat out of a lunchbox with no refrig or microwave available on my jobsites!

It's an awesome feeling isn't it? I can't wait to get to that point. My jeans are getting a little loser after losing 14 lbs, but not to the stage of buying new ones yet. I once lost 74 lbs and wore baggy jeans and sweats the whole time. I was so stunned when I finally went to buy jeans and found out that I actually went…

I have the smallest George Foreman Grill. Being single its the perfect size for me and I love it! It's quick and easy to clean (providing you wipe it off while its still a little warm....otherwise I just put a damp paper towel on it for a few minutes before wiping it clean) and doesn't take up much space. I've never been…

Thank You! I'd greatly appreciate it!

Wow, your results were awesome, thanks for the feedback, would you mind me adding you as a friend? Just starting out I'm sure I may have questions!

Thanks to all who have posted. I just posted a topic on another thread asking for any insite on this program and NROLFW because I cannot afford a gym membership or have one locally. I would love to try this at home but was unclear as to what equipment is needed. If I read the posts correctly all I need is: a standard 15lb.…

Thank you....I checked it out and saved it. Maybe my sister can help me add the other measurements I take.

I'm not good with excel and don't know how to do the formula's (I guess that's what they're called) to do it on my own.
-
Thanks for the suggestion.......I do use that one at the moment, I was just hoping to see all the info at one shot as opposed to looking up each measurement individually and was hoping that I could see a monthly loss as well as a total loss at the same time.

Thanks to everyone who posted, especially to the OP, for without you the other posts would not have occurred. Currently I weigh 242 lbs. and I'm 5'6. I have a figure in my mind of what I'd like to lose, however, I know from younger years I had a very intelligent conversation with a physician and he told me not to go by…

I live in PA, and although we don't get the heat like you do, we do have some pretty hot & humid summers. I feel your pain. I work as a Traffic Control Technician (aka: flagger- holding the stop/slow paddle or red flag at paving sites/highways). My day starts before the sun comes up and most often ends after the sun goes…

Awesome, thank you.

All your hard work has paid off.....WOW! You lost an entire person.
