Thanks for your responses all. I'm thinking I will go for the middle ground and respond but with a very brief response eg. 'Thanks for the add. Looking forward to seeing how well I can do. Good luck with your journey.' Then I'll ignore any other responses if I feel they are a bit unecessary.

Hi All! I'm also here because of being in lockdown for the last year and my activity levels reducing drastically. In March 2020 I was only 7lbs from my target weight, but am now 25lbs away. ๐Hoping to lose a bit before summer as I cannot fit into any of my summer clothes at the moment and I refuse to buy new clothes.!!๐

Hey congratulations! @gracetipikin I know exactly what you mean about getting started and it's even harder after having a baby! (Been there, done that x2! ๐) The first couple weeks are always tough. Funnily enough I am doing exactly what you mentioned right now to ease myself in. So reduced carbs, eating more fruit/veg etcโฆ

I would love to join this challenge. I set up a group in April and lost 20lbs in just over 3 months. I have had a break for 3 months but would love to finish the last leg of my weightless journey and loose about 15lbs. Count me in. :smile:

Agree with Kittikat to eat under or exercise more. Failing that try to make the best food choices or as much as humanly possible whilst surrounded by temptation. Failing all that get straight back to it 100% the next day!

I've seen quite a few of you say you love PB and apples. I may just have to try that. I love them both separately, but have never heard of mixing them till now!! Well definitely give it a go.
