Kaytyl2 165 165 Scales not moving, but I'm happy with that as life is so busy that I've not been focusing on weight loss. Just glad I'm not gaining!! Once I'm more settled into my new hectic routine I'll start to focus more on me and finding time to exercise and tracking food to aid weight loss.

PW:166 CW:167 This gain is hormonal so I know I'll see a good loss on the scales next week. I use to gain around 5lbs at this time, but my change in diet, lots of water and supplements etc are helping. Good luck everyone! π
