It depends on the game you are playing. I have four of the Zumba games for the Kinect. The original Zumba Fitness, Zumba Fitness Rush, Zumba Fitness Core, and the latest Zumba Fitness World Party. I do the Zumba fitness games on the Kinect. I found that on your xbox settings there is an option to change your fitness information. It has you enter your height, weight, age, etc. It is supposed to work with the games and tell you how many calories you burn. Most games don't tell you how many calories you burn though…

I've lost 100 pounds and I attribute most of that to Zumba! I love it! I have the two games for the xbox kinect. Hoping to lose enough to where I feel comfortable enough to take a live class. :)

I've never played the Zumba for the Wii, I have both Zumba games for the Kinect and I love them. I am sure the Wii would be just as good though. I like the games because they keep me motivated, the DVD's probably wouldn't keep me as motivated... :)
