Totally true. I used to make dinners that hubby and I would say great leftovers for lunch.....well nope we would eat it. Now I make a large meal. I serve myself from the kitchen and only go back for more if I truly am hungry....my hubby can eat and eat and never gain a pound!

Love all the ideas so far. Peaked into my freezer just now. Loaded with tomato sauce I made over the summer to use for pasta, pizza, chicken parm, etc. Have a few bags of homemade soup as well. I don't have an hrm, I know I should get one, but with our boat breaking down, new furnace, buying some new clothes....ya i know excuses excuses....but tough time here and if and when i buy one i want to get the right one. Depending on the exercise I usually cut the mfp estimate in half.

Generally I like it warm. I also usually cook it in broth. Also like adding sauteed onions and garlic to it. But I like garlic with everything! Quinoa, kale,onions, garlic, greek yogurt and a bit of goat cheese and few times yummm.

I am pretty well also the same. Looking to drop a few more so I have a little fluctuation room. I am slowly upping my calories. But also don't want to start gaining back. It is an interesting process. I have found in general eating healthily is pretty easy. And don't have a large appetite. GL!
