  • MFP gives you more room when you add in excercise. I took a look at your diary and I didn't see a day where you didn't excercise and the protein was higher than 59. If you know the specific day that it shows that, let us know and we can look. But otherwise when you excercise, MFP spreads out more calories to eat back in…

  • Maple syrup Healthcare We are so friendly and polite! It's always refreshing when travelling to come home and have someone actually wait and hold a door for you! When travelling- people love Canadians!
  • Slam- Pendulum starts off slow and once it picks up I feel like I am invincible!
  • did you have a big workout the day before? I am starving the day after a good tough workout. I figure it's my body telling me it needs fuel, so I feed it, with good things of course. If I am 200 over on the day, no biggie. Doesn't happen everyday so I don't sweat it.
  • need more info. Age, height, weight? http://calorieline.com/tools/tdee go here and fill it in- then based on your activity level, eat that many calories. less than 1200 is not good.
  • Daily. I find it encouraging. I know that I will fluctuate by a pound or 2 but it keeps me motivated. My advice, take measurements. A far better way to keep track of successes. I have a body fat scale (I know they might not be super accurate but it's consistent enough for me) my weight has been hovering 128.6- 130.2 but my…

  • In my lunch bag I have- cucumbers, yellow peppers, grapes, blueberries, and Orville White Cheddar and Chipotle popcorn- it's like 65 calories a cup and satisfies my need for crunchiness! Some days I have a tuna snack kit or protein bar if I have the calories to spare.
  • I carry all my weight in my bottom, no boobs. So my perfect size is a 4, then I look more proportioned instead of bottom heavy. I'm a 6/8 now, 8 more pounds to go!
  • I tried to get into that site but the girl that is on there now looks sick. She is way to thin and looks very unhealthy. She looks like an anorexic with a boob job... When Zuzana was on it, it was better. She looked fit and I was more apt to take her seriously.
  • surprised no one has said this yet- "abs are made in the kitchen" Eat at a deficit and excercise to lower body fat. You cannot spot train. Lower your body fat percentage and you will lose your pudge.
  • Use this site to determine your activity level and adjust your calories from there. http://calorieline.com/tools/tdee Once your weightloss seems to plateau, then either up your activity level or lower your calories. Your metabolism will readjust accordingly.
  • Bump. Bought some this week, have yet to make it- need ideas!

  • Pullups are awesome! As a female, there is nothing more satisfying when finishing a workout to be able to bang out 10 chinups and 6 pullups! It took me 2 months and I could barely do one of each. Pullups are def more challenging but I can do the chinups from deadweight start and spot on form. Love em!
  • 11 pounds is great! I'm trying to lose my last 10 and incorporating a HRM has helped me keep on track. I saw you logged 800 calories burned for a JM video. That seems really high. I burn 250-350 for an Insanity video and that is intense! MFP said I was burning 500-600. That is a big difference.…
  • Just peeked at your diary. Keep an eye on the sodium, that will cause water retention and your scale won't move. Have you lost any weight in the past 2 months since upping from 1200? Also, are you using a heart rate monitor to get your calories burned or going bu what MFP says? MFP is very generous and not always accurate.
  • Just peeked in your diary as well. It's very incomplete! Track everything that goes in your mouth, figure out your TDEE and eat at a deficit. Here is a good site that calculates it for you and tells you what to eat based on your activity level. http://calorieline.com/tools/tdee You will lose weight, I guarantee it!
  • This. But definitely get a heart rate monitor and use that to gauge how much you are burning. I try to go out 3 times a week. 12km with little coasting, and a hilly road to boot! I burn 360 calories in 40 mintues. That is better than doing 40 minutes of Insanity for me, and nothing beats being outside!
  • could be that you are seasoning it with different species... I lol'd when I read that but seriously, you are probably over cooking it
  • I do 1/2 cup oatmeal, half a scoop of vanilla protein, and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter, oh and a touch of milk on top. Soooo good. Sometimes I mix it up and use chocolate protein for PB and chocolate oatmeal! Works out to be about 350 calories and I'm good until lunch!
  • I always blow in my glass before I pour a drink.
  • I like this website. It breaks it down really well. http://calorieline.com/tools/tdee I have a desk job and I didn't know how to categorize my daily actvity. I wouldn't call myself sedentary because I work out 5 days a week for an hour each time. But none of the calculators seemed to explain a "sedentary" definition in…
