I wouldn't count on that being so accurate as that model does not have a chest strap. Chest straps offer continuous monitoring. Unless you are holding your finger to your model the entire time you work out, you aren't getting the proper read out.…

I have a HRM and I find that when I bust my butt I can burn 10 calories per minute. But that is high intensity-non stop. My usual workout in 30 minutes burns 200 cals, roughly 7 cals per minute. Best investment ever was buying a HRM because the site gives incorrect numbers. Unless you are extremely overweight, go with 6-8…

Half a liter in the morning when I first get up. One liter during the morning. One liter during the afternoon. Half a liter with supper. Half a liter until 8pm when I workout. Try to drink a liter during workout. And no more after that or I'll be waking in the middle of the night!

I'm gonna try the "dip your fork first" trick. I have been using only 1tbs of Kraft Asian Sesame at 60cals. It has such a strong flavor that 1tbs goes far. Getting tired of my usual fave, 40cal per tbs, Roasted Red Pepper Parmesan from Kraft.
