Great Job Everyone! Considering how badly I did for May/April, I am pretty happy with the results. I would love to do this again should it happen in the future!

Forgot to do this yesterday, so w/ today's weight, here goes Starting Weight (Mar 11): 203.4 lbs Current Weight (May 13): 196.6 lbsLoss: 6.8 lbs lost 6.8 / 203.4 = 0.033 0.033 * 100 = 3.34% lost

I think I may have been doing this wrong. I have been using the prior week's weight and subtracting the current week.... so: Starting weight: 203.4 lbs Current weight: 199.2 lbs4.2 lbs lost 4.2 lbs / 203.4 lbs = .0206 .0206 * 100= 2.064% lost since I joined the challenge on Week 1.

I had a gain this (4/28-5/4) week of 1.8 lbs. so my % lost from last week is -.9% Still down from when I started back at the beginning though.

Last Monday: 200 lbs Today: 201.8 lbs = Gain of 1.8lbs GAIN of .9% :( From the very start On February 24th: 205.6 lbs Current: 201.8 lbs so total lbs lost overall: 3.8 lbs 1.85% I am trying to keep my eye on the fact that I am still down in weight but had a slight increase that I will be able to get rid of.

Also, and this is just a question I promise. Why are you watching calories AND Carbs. (I do it too, I eat no more than 1600/day) I've just found most people who do LCHF don't.

I had physical therapy for sciatica in the fall. Two-three visits a week. Very worth it. Made me bend and do certain stretches. But which stretches to do are specific to the pain and it's location for each person.

Debbie, Quitting smoking is AWESOME!! If you can do that, you CAN do anything! They say quitting cigarettes is harder than quitting heroin. What a fantastic first step towards a new healthy you!

I think the only healthy way to do lc is lchf. After all my research, I would never recommend any other way. I love it, also. :)
