  • Yeah... depending on how good I'm feeling that day... some days I can do it all with no problem... some days I have to take a break... There's no hurt in pressing the pause button between the exercises... at least in my opinion... =)

  • I've been sick the past couple days... but back on to running! ^_^ My start date was Saturday, January 1. So, I guess I'm a little behind some of you... Sat: 4.58 (outdoor running) Sun: 0 Mon: 0 Tues: 0 Wed: 5.01 (outdoor running) Thurs: Fri: Week #1 Total: 9.59 Grand Total: 9.59 Cheers!

  • Like a lot of the replies on this thread... it differs for me. Some months I don't gain any weight. Some months I gain 3-5 pounds.
  • I agree with what everyone is saying here... that sweat is a good thing... I never heard anyone trained or not say that sweating was a bad thing... if so, then I have issues... as I sweat as soon as I start working out too...
