Hard alcohol mixes great with a diet soda - diet crush, diet root beer, diet colas...lots of flavor (to cover up the icky alc!) but not the cals. Avoid ANY mixed drinks. They are soooo bad for you. Well, you can always splurge on your birthday :)

I can't even fathom being unable to only eat 1200 calories a day. I ONLY eat lean, healthy food, fruits and veggies - yet I am typically right around my daily total of 1400 almost every day. "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" is one (although there are certainly a few things that taste that good...) The other one is in one of the Biggest Loser work out DVDs, Jillian Michaels screams out, "DO YOU *WANT* TO BE *SKINNY*??". My answer is yes. So I don't quit, I don't cheat. I power through!

The whole point of a cheat meal or day is so that you actually hold yourself accountable on days when you are eating strictly. Personally, I do not eat my exercise calories back. I work out because it makes me feel good and BURN MORE, so I would simply feel far too guilty if I used my time in the gym for more time by the fridge. But that's just me :)

The only pill that has helped me or anyone I know in any way was Jillian Michael's Ultimate Fat Burner. It gives you a nice energy boost before a work out and then supposedly cracks down on places with too much fat in them.
