I appreciate all the tips as well! I'm not going to give up and I will continue on having faith! I don't have a food scale nor do I have a heart monitor. So my calories that I input are from the calories from the machines at the gym. I'm definitely going to invest in a food scale! Thanks everyone for all the tips!

No, I don't measure myself. Well I do Zumba twice a week for an hr. Then I go to the gym 3 times a week. I alternate what I do so that I don't get bored between treadmill, ellipitcal and lift weights. I burn about 700 calories each I go to the gym.

OMG I feel you! I'm so frustrated as well! Today when I weighed myself I for sure thought I lost some weight. People have even told me you've lost weight but nope I didn't and instead gained 1.5 lb this week. I weight myself every Thursday. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
