I love smoothies! My favorite is banana, peanut butter, ice and a bit of chocolate syrup and plain nonfat yogurt. I also love mango, strawberry, kiwi smoothies.

No specific results. I use several of her DVDs but NMTZ is one of my least favorites. I still do it just for the sake of mixing things up. Strangely my favorite is yoga meltdown which I would have never guessed but I gave it a try and love it.

Proactive is not bleach. Proactive uses an active ingredient called benzoyl peroxide. This is the same active ingredient in acne.org products and panoxyl. Any treatment with benzoyl peroxide is good. I use clean and clear acne wash w/ BP and Acne Free BP foam.

I've eaten chocolate everyday for probably the last 3 years at least. I always leave room for frozen chocolate yogurt and chocolate syrup (290 cals total). I miss my chocolate peanut butter ice cream from baskin robbins though. Way too many calories :( Anyways, I would never deprive myself of chocolate!
