You can go by weight if you want or you can go with lean body mass. You can be a certain weight but does not mean your healthy. How you look and feel is the best weigh.

6 years ago i went from being single to instant family add water. two kids and two dogs to be added. I was the same way as you! It was a package deal. Now we have the two kids 3 dogs and a rabbit. Love them all

My daughter is going to be 18 soon and if she came home with a guy my age he would not be my age very long. Ask yourself what does a 30 year old man want with an 18 year old? To me nothing worth while.

my best friend for 17 years when i met her was well over 300 pounds. Now that she is losing weight and everything we are still close. To some it does and to others it doesn't but if they go by that they could be missing out on a good friendship.

I work about 50 hours per week. Hell I am in the military and do not get paid over time. I cannot wait for that day. I would ask how much are they going to pay with benefits.

If she is not ready then it will be hard. You can tell her to read the fine print on her weight watchers, it states use with an approved exercise plan for best results. You can also see it on the commercial.
