Exellent post from Trog. It takes time to lose weight. 85-90 percent is diet. I am fell time Marine, part time student and have my family with a peting zoo in my house. It is about balance. You can make at least 30 min a day to exercise and that is to maintain. It is about the balance and making time.

Photoes are another way of telling if your making gains and where. You period will affect your weight since you are retaining water. Do not get discouraged, keep at it!! Also…

This is from years of being out at sea but I prefer to be on the cross trainer and a treadmill at max elevation and walking as fast as i can without holding on. It burns calories and works the legs. Time management: When I am cooking dinner one night I will add either dinners to put into the fridge to be warmed up or my lunches for the next few days. I learned this from a body builder. Preperation. Good job on getting back on track!

guns do not kill people people kill people! I carry even where I am not supposed to. I would rather be tried by 12 then carried by 6. I will protect me, my family and those who can not protect themselves.

The hardest part of exercising is getting ready.. after that it is all down hill. Get a small goal that will lead to the next and the next. Until you reach the one large goal. Find something you enjoy doing that way it does not feel like work. Good luck
