Yeah, deli meat is pretty much out sadly. You can make your own no-salt-added shredded chicken and use that for sandwiches. I also got some sandwich-thins which have less sodium than bread. I haven't tried it but there aer low sodium Ezekiel breads too. This blog is a great resource:…

Thanks!

I've gone both ways, I've not bothered to account, and I've tried to guess. Trying to guess is a much better option. You can use it in a weekly average and know that it really won't do much harm in the long run.

By that logic is "natural" good? Arsenic is natural, so is botulism.

A rotisserie chicken.

If you hadn't pointed it out I wouldn't have noticed anything "wrong" about your back side. Still don't thing it's "wrong". I think you look great. But yes, as others have mentioned lifting should round out, tighten and lifter your butt which will make any *tiny* fat storages even less noticeable than they already are.

Increase your NEAT (non exercise calories). Get up and walk during the day. Park farther away, play with your kids at the park, wander aimlessly through the mall, take multiple trips up the stairs, pace while talking on the phone, etc.

Yeah, my face looks better when I'm chubbier. Oh well.

Why? How about do 80% whole food and 20% "rubbish" while sticking with your calorie deficit and macros? Or even 60%/40% might still give you enough nutrients. If you are getting everything you need to be healthy why does it matter if you get some extra "rubbish" as long as you stay under your calorie goals and the rubbish…

Spin is going to burn a lot more calories and produce more cardio fitness.

I eat mine.
-
I do this often.

You. You should be eating your exercise calories, and 1700 is pretty damn low to start with for a man your size. Change your goal to 1lb a week.

Most people have stretch marks. They are totally "normal".

I can easily eat an entire bag of cherries. Pretty sure that's at least 1000 calories right there.

They shouldn't be the same. 300g raw russet potato is 237 calories, 300g baked russet potato is 291. Raw should be more accurate since you don't know for sure how much water is lost during cooking.

Does it need new batteries?

I just have coffee with skim milk and splenda. What about: https://www.internationaldelight.com/products/mocha-light

Are you eating enough during the day? It's possible that if you ate a little more at dinner you wouldn't crave the toast.
-
Yes, the app is designed for you to eat back what you burn.

Potassium is good for high blood pressure. Also potatoes have way more than bananas.

Nope, not bad for you. "Tilapia, in short, is an environmentally friendly, lean, low-calorie source of protein. We need all of those we can get." https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/food/tilapia-has-a-terrible-reputation-does-it-deserve-it/2016/10/24/4537dc96-96e6-11e6-bc79-af1cd3d2984b_story.html

I think your goals are perfectly reasonable. I haven't had too many people comment negatively on my goals or weight (my dad is the only one), but I don't share them with many.

Maybe Step Ups?

I really like this article on "toning". http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/muscle-tone/

I agree that you should be strength training while losing fat. It helps you keep more of the muscle you currently have. If you do not you could lose a good about of muscle along with the fat.

Snickers ARE really satisfying. I could probably eat one for a meal.
