"Respect" has so many definitions. I don't do 1950's respect in that I listen and obey my husband constantly, but I do respect him as a man even if I don't always treat him with respect (it's ain't always easy). I do always love him but I don't always show case that love either. In short, weird question is weird.

Eating "crap" at a deficit doesn't equal poor physical healthy either.

The things I WILL give up would make a much shorter list: Cottage Cheese IPAs

I'd guess you'd have better results with a heavy barbell routine like Strong Lifts 5x5 instead of DVDs. But yeah, unless you have an Olympic bar, bench and squat rack at home, a gym is usually needed.

I like men.

 Not if you do it right.

1/4 cup 2% milk and a packet of Splenda

Like that, no. Deadlift: yes. And I just mentioned this yesterday but in college I used to get drunk and pick people up in a fireman carry. The biggest dude was about 220 (so more than me).

Back when I was younger and insecure I'd discriminate. I'm 5'9". Now, if I were single and he were short but hot and strong.... I'd hit it.

Enter strength training under cardio.

Protein doesn't help you lose weight. Consuming enough protein while dieting will help preserve muscle. Strength training also does this. Without knowing anything about you, I'd guess you should aim for around 100g a day. If you can get this without powder, you don't need powder. Protein powder will not make anyone "big"…

The reason some people (or me) seem to "squeeze" the butt at the top is not to really squeeze it, but about half way up you should focus on pushing your hips forward instead of "up". This is call "hip-thrust" and can lead to better performance. If you focus on pushing forward you usually end up kind of squeezing at the top.

This. If you can't go low enough without the wink, you need to work on flexibility.

Have you heard about that horrible Dihydrogen Monoxide stuff?
-
Yeah... I've never had to lose 65lbs either. I worked at McDonald's for 6 years eating probably 5 meals a week there and still eat it once every two week. Thanks for being a ****.

The Sweet and Spicy or whatever one. It has cucumbers. Yums.

I used to really like big, tall teddy bear men. Then one time I got drunk and brought a lean guy of average height (same height and weight as me) home. 11 years later he's still hanging around. Apparently "type" doesn't count for beer goggles and love.

Boobies?

I like their new wraps. And the cheeseburgers. And the Egg McMuffins....

Marriage is a partnership between adults. You work out which duties and responsibilities are fair in a calm controlled conversation. If you need help with your duties and your feel the other person can or should, you ask nicely. My husband I both work. He has the kids a few week days if he's off. I have them weekends when…

You don't want to see the top of your refrigerator. Unless you are a 50s stay-at-home-wife and you actually clean up there. Wait. I'm confused. Which thread is this?

I don't find breasts obscene nursing or not.

We both work. I wouldnt' say the house work was even but he helps. However. He doesn't think you need to sweep the bathroom in order to qualify it as "clean". :grumble:

Make them anyway. He can eat them. Same as I do with my children.

What I really want is a full time house-keeper/ nanny/personal-chief who is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and lives less than 5 minutes away.
-
Me too!

I was going to post the same thing but then I remembered it's REALLY hard to make a pretty face and flex at the same time. You look awesome!
-
Yes. ALL men want exactly the same thing. Or not. My husband likes that I work and am career oriented.
