That is possible one the best motivators i've seen! well with the car been lighter because of your weight loss it will always be a good thing when your trying get a good launch less weight bogging you down! :)

I'm from Ireland aswell, everything is true! describes must of my male friends down to a tee, especially the brutally honest part and also the making you laugh! Know plenty single boys if ye girls want to come over lol ;)

I've lost 35 lbs and I haven't lost anything in my chest area still a C cup. I'm a pear shape so I'm happy about that! If anything they look bigger as th rest of me is reducing haha

I'm 5'9" and started at 211lbs back on the 22nd Feb...I'm currently 179 lbs as of today...Not finished yet but a good portion of the way there... :)
