The other week a guy added me on facebook, having some mutual friends I accepted. Within a matter of minutes he was telling me I was pretty but I should really lose weight as I was chubby. He also told me I should go to the gym because I didn't have a nice body. Like seriously? Why even add someone and then say something…

I think it's kind of hard for people we see on a daily basis to notice we have lost weight at first. I remember when I had lost the first 9 lbs I told one of my friends and her response was "yeah but you will put that back on". Wow thanks a bunch! After I lost 28 lbs another friend finally said I have lost loads of weight…

I used to go out at least twice a week drinking a lot on those nights but since starting this journey I have cut back to once a month if even and even now I wouldn't drink half as much on a night out as I would of before! Don't miss those nasty hangovers!

It also gives you the option of editing the information that is already there. When you see the is this information correct if you press no it will say edit, go in and then edit it to what it should be, easier than adding even more to the database :)

I lost 6 lbs the first week, I'd imagine most if not all was water weight, average weight loss over last 6 an a half months is 1.6 lbs per week.
