Hi there, great work so far! One thing I find is that its very easy to overeat at social gatherings as you don't pay as much attention to the process of eating. Make sure you eat slowly, pause, put your fork down in between mouthfuls etc. That way you can talk more anyway, and it gives you time to digest your food properly…
