I went from a Fitbit Charge HR to an Apple Watch and couldn't be happier with it. It does everything the Charge HR did and then some, plus it looks so much nicer.

Try carrot hot dogs! I've yet to find a brand of veggie dog that is worth it, but the carrot hot dogs were not bad! You can google a couple different recipes....I used the Edgy Veg's version.

I totally agree. And the workout tracking works fine for me plus everything else it does...I absolutely love it. Have you tried the gymaholic app? It's AWESOME if you do any type of strength training in addition to your running!

I feel the same way about the one by me. It's filthy and the quality of the produce is poor at best. I'll never go again I was so grossed out. But when I lived in Alabama the local Aldi was awesome. I guess it depends on the location and how the store is run.

I used an e-cig to help me quit. I still smoked cigs when I started using an e-cig, but the taste of the e-cig was SO MUCH BETTER I just quit smoking cigs all together. Eventually the messiness of e-cigs got on my nerves and now I don't smoke at all, and have no desire to.

I watched Orange is the New Black at the gym with no issue. It actually pushed me to stay on the elliptical for an hour instead of 30 minutes because I didn't want to stop halfway through an episode!

I love my trainer. I just won't do it, or do it as well, on my own. Call it lazy, weak, whatever.....I work so much harder if I have someone standing there "babysitting" me through a workout.

I used vaping to help me stop smoking, and it actually worked! Ecig juice is so tasty, it just made me realize how foul cigarettes really are. And stopping the ecig was easy for me because it was SO MESSY. I was tired of having sticky juice all over everything, tanks leaking, dealing with charging devices/coils, etc.

I'm lucky I have 2 awesome workout partners! We train together 4 times a week usually. The competitiveness between us is fantastic and the encouragement helps a lot. For cardio, I go it alone and prefer it that way. Less distraction and it's my time to just zone out.
