I add about 50 grams in with my scrambed eggs (2 or 3 whole eggs) before I cook them....it makes the eggs really creamy and delicious! I buy full-fat cottage cheese (4%). Tastes better and not that much calorie difference. And I tend to prefer generic/store brands over Kraft or Borden or name brands!

Maybe they don't fit you right if they won't stay up. Maybe they're too big or too small even. I've never had a problem with properly-fitting leggings not staying in place no matter what material they are made from. That's all I workout in....I love leggings!

I agree with doing both and starting with yoga classes first! My studio does a beginner workshop once a month and it is fantastic! It's a couple hours and they take you pose-by-pose and show you correct form and why you're doing what you're doing. I'm sure other studios do this too.

I love mine. I don't think it's 100% accurate by any means but it gives you a good idea of what you're doing in a day and it pushes you to be more active. I agree with whoever said they park farther away, take the stairs, etc....I find myself doing that too trying to hit my daily goals! The challenges are fun too!

I wear non-wireless Beats and love them. Earbuds fall out...but I forget I'm even wearing my Beats.

I'm a huge fan of the good ol' Nike Air Max, and I recently fell in love with Nike LunarGlide 7s. I have a narrow heel and high arch (but wider forefoot) and these are perfect on my feet.

Omg the wraps. And the "supplements" that go with them. I know people that use this stuff and sell this stuff and spend God knows what on this stuff and haven't lost a pound. BUT "IT WORKS" YALL!

I got the charge HR and So far I think mine is very accurate. When I wake up in the morning it'll have something like 8 steps (really no big deal) but i haven't found it to be as sensitive to arm movements as some people said previous versions might have been. My favorite way to eat ground turkey is to brown it up and add some salsa, rotel tomatoes, and black beans. So good, high protein and low calorie. I'll add some spinach, kale, brussels sprouts, etc. or avocado to it sometimes.
