if Im out, soda with ice and a slice of lime and just a dash of lime juice - at home, Sainsburys do a nice fresh red grape pressed juice in the chilled aisle. Its a good red wine substitute, and topped up with fizzy water its v refreshing too.

Well, they didnt till I Am Legend which completely blew my ZA Plan out of the water. Before that silly film, they couldnt jump !! I was staying upstairs and knocking the stairs out.!!

I get a bag of frozen forest fruits and put 80g in the bottom of a bowl and nuke for 30 seconds then pour the hot oatmeal over the top - its BRILLIANT

i've lost 5lbs this year by going from 3000 ish steps a day to 10,000 steps a day and uping my stairs goal from 10 flights to 15 flights a day using a fit bit. Haven't really changed my food intake except eating more fruit.

We went on a school trip to Holland when I was 10, without parents, but obviously with teachers. I loved every minute of it. With phones, skype and email nowadays, they are never more than a click away. Your youngster will be fine. Embrace the down-time and look forward to their return.
