For me, it's about listening to my body. I can run pretty fast in the beginning but then I'm too tired to run again. So instead, I start with a brisk 5-7 minute warm up walk and work up to a jog. I do interval runs to keep my pace up. 2 minutes walking then 2 minutes jogging. After a month or so I notice those becoming…
