Welcome back~! I am also just returning. I went on a staycation at the end of May this year and I have fallen off the wagon. I am back on and back to the gym starting today. I regained 12 of the 15 lbs I lost when I started in March (smh). I have 67 lbs, so I really need some help and motivation too.

You might want to plug in your numbers in IIFYM calculator to see what your body and goals should actually be. MFP doesn't necessarily take all things into consideration when producing your goals for you.
