Okay didn't walk today but swam 1000 meters without stopping. I will get a walk in later this afternoon. Hope everyone is doing well. My weight doesn't seem to be budging this week, ugh. Not sure what is wrong. I really am working my plan with no cheats but it doesn't look like I will have lost anything by weigh in…

I am in... We can do it! Walked 3 miles Sunday, set pace of 3.5 mph. :smile: My goal for the end of summer is...270 that would be 12 lbs, 1 lb per week.
