i usually go over my protein and fiber every day and i have lost 20 lbs in two months, so i don't think it is that bad. Protein helps you stay fuller longer without reaching for the chocolate bar and well fiber, we all know what happens if we don't get enough of that lol

awesome job, you look fantastic. hard to believe huh, so much has changed, i did a before and now pic also, on days you see a bit of a differece but it's not until you look at pics that you really notice.

keep in mind that muscle weighs more then fat, so you may be losing inches and not weight. I don't exercise at all except the 10 mins walk to and from work, and i have lost 15 lbs in a month. Also make sure that you add your exercise in to get your extra cals. :)

i read somewhere that it takes an extra 3000 cals to gain even one pound, so that is a LOT of extra food. I can eat a bag of chips one day and do not gain only i feel like crap for cheating, because really it's not enough to gain, just do better today and look forward, what's done is done. We all deserve a day to just EAT…

I'm not to worried about the sugar content, i have on mine, cals, fat, carbs, fiber, and sodium, if i was to worry about my sugar i would never be in my goal, and i am exercising my abs so for me that is good enough since that is where the sugar goes :(.
