  • i used to eat yogurt to curb my hunger, but now i can't seem to eat all my cals. Also coffee made me full, also reading a book in the bath (that way your stuck there, lol), rice crackers are a good munchie, also ate this new to me food today, it was finn crisps (80 cals in 2 of them) :).   • i ate some yesterday and am not feeling guilty at all, everyone has got to live, if we starve ourselves of a little thing then we we do eat it we will go crazy with it. It's all in moderation. Eat a little choc and don't feel guilty.
  • yes without water you will not lose as much, try to get a fancy water bottle. I love mine, it cost a lot but it's almost fun to drink out of. Try also some crystal light or some flavoured drink mix, it may help you drink more.

  • i always check with my product, since some of the foods are added by others, i always make sure, most of the time it is right. I did however did the same thing as you, i had a tortillia and entered the wrong tortillia, which at the time was bad since it ended up i could have had 2 when i really only had one :(.
  • i'm not a vegetarian but i love to make veggie pizzas, i use the yves veggie pepperoni and all the veggies that i like, also i use salsa as the sauce since it is way better then the sauce that is suppose to go on it. :)

  • I just got rid of two pair of jeans and now the only reason i am keeping some tops (they are loose) is that i don't have the money to replace them all but thank god for used clothing stores lol. I will never gain the weight back, and it felt so good to throw my jeans away :happy:

  • i usually come within 300-400 calories left over, sometimes more, but i am not hungry, and every week except one i am down pounds. I feel great and if i do want something i will use all my calories, i also do not bank my calories.
