Throw in some protein with your carrots or apple ~ a piece of lite string cheese or a tablespoon of peanut butter will work wonders for the blood sugar problem! I always have some protein with my fruit or veges at snack time or I won't make it to the next meal....hang in there!!:flowerforyou:

I vote the old fashioned way ~ eat less, move more!!!! I've had 3 friends monkey with the HCG over the last year and a half, and from I've seen, they all gain it back and screw up their metabolisms big time....... good luck on whatever you decide to do!
