Biggest loser thing at the gym was a bust...owenr used it as a way of getting income for more training sessions...bummer thinking of doing the online thing, any one have experience with it?

or eat half of one... the fiber content is probably high if it's whole wheat. I agree, bagels are one of those deceiving choices...especially if they're huge (the american way, huh?)

welcome... Kennebunker here, been logging in and tracking my food for 2 weeks now, it's very helpful "writing" down everything I eat. Hope you have success with it. I have "significantly more to lose than 20....one day at a time.
