I wouldnt eat all of it back. I also dont really follow MFP because it is based on low protein diet. My body absorbs carbs like no other, thus i change my eatting habbits to eat a ration of 3 -1 protein to carbs. Listen to your body. If you feel you need to eat eat but dont eat all back. dont get frustrated with the scale.. just remember that muscle weight more then fat. Also if your stuck change up your routine as your body might have gotten used to working out.

tip on the scale. dont read to much into it. And remember that what you do on a weekend shows up on the scale 2 days later. So that is why i weigh myself everyday, but i record wed weight. So the 2 extra lbs that you had was prob muscle weight from running.. keep it up

I had this issue as well. So i bought a new weight scale (weight watchers from bed bath and beyond) and then i also bought a food scale to measure the weight of food (biggest losser brand from bed bath and beyond) I have noticed a HUGE change. IF you are excersicing you should try to hit at least 1800 calories. And just because you gained weight doesnt mean its fat. It is most likely muscle.
