thanks for all the help.. I will try it this week. I know I went over yesturday due to easter dinner but even with that it was less then 1400 and I was stuffffed lol but I will try anything to get rid of some of these pounds! thankyou <3

Thanks everyone, and yes I have noticed that I dont have enough protein through out the day and I did go from drinking 3 cups of coffee a day to only 1, so Im definitly having caffeine withdrawls. I drink a lot of water though which is good. And according to my goal it says I should be eating 1,392 calories a day.. which…
